Privacy Policy

What data we collect

Very little. Two things:

• Email — only if you sign up for rate alerts. We use it exclusively to notify you when rates change. Nothing else.
• Mortgage data — if you submit your offer. Bank, rate, conditions, financial profile. All anonymous. We don't ask for name, ID, or anything that identifies you.

Cookies and tracking

No tracking cookies. No tracking pixels. No Google Analytics (for now). We store your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser's localStorage — that stays on your device, we never see it.

How long we keep data

• Mortgage offers: 90 days. Then they're deleted. Old rates don't help anyone.
• Alert subscriptions: indefinitely, until you unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. Since offers are anonymous, we can't link them to you after submission. For email alerts, write to us and we'll delete it.

Where data is stored

We use Supabase as our data processor, with servers in the EU. Your data doesn't leave Europe.

Third parties

We don't sell data to anyone. We don't share your email with anyone. No ads. No bank affiliations. Period.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything meaningful, we'll update it here. No surprises.
