What this is
NAKED HIPOTECAS is an informational tool. We show mortgage data collected from the community. We are not financial advisors, mortgage brokers, or intermediaries of any kind. Nothing you see here is financial advice.
The data
The data is crowdsourced — it comes from real people sharing their offers in forums and groups. We process and structure it, but we can't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or current. Someone might have exaggerated, made a mistake, or made it up. We do what we can to filter noise, but use it as a reference, not as gospel.
No guarantees
The rates we show are estimates based on what others reported. We don't guarantee you'll get a similar rate. Every bank evaluates every client differently. We don't predict where rates are going.
Data submissions
If you submit your offer, you do so voluntarily and anonymously. We're not responsible for how other users use the aggregated data. By submitting, you agree that the data will be published anonymously and in aggregate.
The service
NAKED HIPOTECAS is free. There's no guarantee of availability, continuity, or that it'll work perfectly at all times. We may change, suspend, or shut down the service at any time.
Liability
We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information from this website. Before signing a mortgage, talk to a professional. Seriously.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the competent courts will be those of Spain.
